Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or enterprise client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling strategic alliances that generate measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong experience in AI, data, analytics, or enterprise technology ecosystems preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex partner relationships and negotiate strategic agreements.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and engineering.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Experience building partner programs, GTM frameworks, and co-sell motions in high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a focus on outcomes and execution.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems, including certifications, incentives, and alliance lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and impact
  • Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility across the United States
