What You'll Do

As a Line Cook, you'll bring creativity, precision, and passion to every plate. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes including appetizers, entrees, soups, vegetables, desserts, and banquet selectionsFollowing recipes and quality standards to deliver consistent, delicious mealsOperating grills, ovens, steamers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficientlyPreparing ingredients by washing, cutting, peeling, portioning, and organizing productsMonitoring food quality, flavor, appearance, and presentationAccommodating food allergies, dietary preferences, and special guest requestsSupporting banquet and event functions with exceptional attention to detailMaintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environmentFollowing all food safety, sanitation, and storage proceduresWorking closely with teammates to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations

Preferred Qualifications:
