Job Description:

As a leasing consultant, you are the person that prospective residents lean on to find their new home for their family.

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:

Use customer-focused approach to find homes for prospective residents based on their needsPresent and promote available homes resulting in a new leasePlan and host creative and fun resident eventsBuild relationship with neighborhood merchants and businessesContribute ideas for marketing community and improving resident retentionFoster positive and long-term relationships with residents while assisting them in their inquiries

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Yardi, CRM, Rent Café, and social media a plus

Experience:

Proficiency in Spanish a plusPrevious leasing experience preferred.Transferable experience in customer service is preferred
