Key Responsibilities:

- Travel to various job sites as assigned to deliver porter and janitorial services

- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring hygiene standards are met

- Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas

- Dust and clean surfaces to maintain a tidy environment

- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, walkways, and building exteriors as required

- Support staffing needs by filling in for absences, covering open shifts, and assisting with special cleaning projects

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven reliability and punctuality

- Ability to adapt quickly to different work sites and tasks

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Prior janitorial or porter experience is preferred but not required

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
