Recruitment Administrator
Employer: Hibernia Home Care Location: Office-based, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 Contract: Full-time, on-site Salary: 30,500 per year Pay Cycle: Fortnightly
The Role
As Recruitment Administrator, you will take ownership of the high-volume recruitment and onboarding of Healthcare Assistants, helping us meet service demand and ensure candidates are fully prepared to start.
This is an on-site role with clear targets, strong collaboration with Operations and Scheduling, and end-to-end responsibility for moving candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process to a compliant start.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compliant onboarding, including Garda Vetting, right-to-work checks, references and mandatory training.
- Manage candidate pipelines and prioritise recruitment requirements with Scheduling and Operations to meet coverage and start-date targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS, Fountain.
- Monitor and report weekly on key recruitment metrics, including pipeline, starts, time-to-hire and quality of hire.
- Represent Hibernia Home Care at recruitment events, career fairs and community partnership activities.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Support the wider team with recruitment and administrative tasks as required.
About You
- 12+ years' experience in a high-volume administrative or recruitment environment.
- Experience in healthcare, care or frontline administration is an advantage.
- Process-driven and highly detail-oriented, particularly when managing compliance requirements such as vetting, right-to-work checks and references.
- Comfortable working on-site in a busy operational environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
- Calm under pressure, flexible and willing to help where needed.
- A caring, carer-focused attitude that reflects our values.
- A full driving licence is helpful but not essential.
