Job Description

• Collaborates with stakeholders and contractors to accomplish technical activities for:
  • development and integration of software capabilities.
• Participates in the development and implementation of system engineering strategies.
• Reviews and assesses developmental contractor deliverables to ensure compliance.
• Participates in government oversight of contractor engineering activities.
• Support team members in agile development of Software Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Generates recommendations to the government regarding:
  • system engineering, planning, and requirements prioritization,
  • Design and system integration.
• Provides integrated, multi-disciplinary solution recommendations for technical problems.

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance.
• Minimum of 8 years of direct experience with system engineering.
• 5 years of experience with DoD 5000 acquisition lifecycle processes.
• 3 years of experience with software development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework.
• Experience with Atlassian Tools (Jira and Confluence).
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to generate focused technical documentation on complex topics.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and execute tasks on-quality and on-time.
• Experience leading teams and participating in government SETA oversight of vendor teams.
• Ability to work on, and/or lead, multi-functional/multi-disciplinary teams.
