- Starting Rate: $18/hour during training, moving to $20–$26/hour once you're on deck!

We operate out of Choice Fitness locations in:
- Salisbury, MA
- Peabody, MA
- Methuen, MA
About You
You’re high-energy, reliable, and you love seeing that "aha!" moment when a student gains confidence in the water.
- Experience: You have 1–3 years of experience in childcare, teaching, or coaching (competitive swimming experience is a huge plus!).
- Certifications: You have (or are willing to get) CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding certifications within your first 6 months. We’ll help you get there!
- Mindset: You’re punctual and dependable. Our students rely on seeing your friendly face every week.
- Education: High School Diploma required.
What You’ll Do
As a Swim Instructor, you aren't just watching from the sidelines…you're in the water, making a difference.
- Lead skill-based lessons for beginners of all ages.
- Build positive, nurturing relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain a safe, fun, and focused environment.
- Follow our unique curriculum designed to develop proper technique from day one.
