This role is focused on creating new business opportunities by connecting with companies that need recruitment and selection services.
You will be responsible for building a strong prospect pipeline and identifying decision-makers across different industries.
The position combines strategic prospecting, relationship building, and consultative sales activities.
You will play a key role in expanding market presence and generating qualified opportunities for the commercial team.
Working remotely, you will have autonomy to organize your activities while contributing directly to growth initiatives.

The BDR will be responsible for driving outbound and inbound prospecting activities, identifying companies with hiring needs, and creating qualified sales opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills, commercial discipline, and the ability to manage a structured pipeline while supporting business growth.
- Prospect companies with open positions and recruitment needs across different industries and regions in Brazil.
- Identify and engage decision-makers, including HR professionals, managers, and executives.
- Conduct outreach through multiple channels, including phone, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other prospecting strategies.
- Qualify leads by understanding business challenges, hiring urgency, recruitment volume, and desired profiles.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales closing team.
- Build and manage a personal portfolio of prospects and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including activities, pipeline stages, and opportunity status.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and hiring dynamics to identify new opportunities.
- Work toward commercial goals related to lead generation, qualified meetings, and opportunity conversion.
- Support growth strategies and expansion initiatives.
The ideal candidate has experience in B2B prospecting, consultative sales, or SDR/BDR roles, with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships remotely. Organization, persistence, and familiarity with sales tools are essential for success in this position.
- Previous experience with B2B prospecting, sales development, consultative selling, or SDR/BDR activities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and prospecting tools.
- Ability to organize activities, manage pipelines, and work with commercial targets.
- Self-discipline and autonomy to perform effectively in a remote environment.
- Availability to work remotely.
- Own laptop/notebook required.
