The Senior Software Engineer will drive high-velocity software delivery by leveraging AI-assisted development, cloud engineering expertise, and automation practices to build impactful products. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and deliver production features using Claude Code and agentic engineering workflows, enabling faster build, test, and iteration cycles.
• Partner with product leaders, practice leads, and subject-matter experts to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based services using GCP technologies including BigQuery, Cloud Run, Vertex AI, Gemini integrations, IAM, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and optimize agent workflows and MCP servers to automate software development lifecycle activities such as testing, documentation, security checks, and release processes.
• Improve engineering velocity by tracking delivery metrics including feature throughput, cycle time, defect rates, and adoption.
• Establish best practices for agentic software engineering and mentor engineers and contractors on modern AI-assisted development approaches.
• Build secure, reliable, and observable production systems with strong attention to performance, maintainability, and operational excellence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives around engineering processes, tooling, and automation strategies.
• Support the creation of scalable solutions involving AI applications, data platforms, and modern cloud architectures.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering leadership to ensure solutions align with established technical standards.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level software engineer with deep cloud expertise, strong product delivery experience, and a passion for AI-driven development. Required qualifications include:

• Senior or Staff-level software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering production systems.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery, Cloud Run, IAM, Terraform, and CI/CD environments.
• Experience designing, deploying, securing, and operating cloud-native applications.
• Proficiency with agentic coding environments such as Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools, including autonomous workflows and agent orchestration.
• Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript, with experience writing clean, maintainable, tested, and scalable code.
• Experience with production engineering practices including observability, secrets management, security controls, and reliable deployment processes.
• Ability to independently transform ambiguous requirements into working software solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs.
• Experience with AI engineering concepts such as Vertex AI, Gemini, Agent Development Kit (ADK), MCP servers, or AI automation workflows is highly preferred.
• Experience with data engineering, pipelines, transformations, and warehouse modeling is a plus.
• Familiarity with React or modern frontend frameworks is beneficial.
• Experience working in SaaS, consulting, agency, or enterprise technology environments is preferred.
• Additional expertise in areas such as RAG systems, GraphRAG, multi-agent orchestration, AI evaluations, guardrails, multimodal systems, synthetic data, or model adaptation is highly valued.
