Coastal Kids Home Care is a pediatric licensed home health agency. • Salinas 93906 - 16 year old young lady with a primary diagnosis of Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome, CKD stage 2 and hx of cleft palate. Has a hx of seizure disorder, OSA, conductive hearing loss and is developmentally delayed. Patient goes to school M-F. CNA's responsibilities include providing all ADLs to patient while at home after school which includes preparing and managing feedings, changing patient and bathing patient. Patient is able to ambulate but requires wheelchair for long distances. Parents needing full time M-F 2pm-8pm which equates to 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• CNA Certification in the state of California
• Proficiency in basic life support and patient care
• Ability to assess and provide nursing care to pediatric patients
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy
• Willingness to work in home health settings

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to pediatric patients in a home setting, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs, administering basic life support as needed.
• Manage all required care while maintaining accurate electronic health records.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
