Job Description

Overview

APEX is currently accepting applications for a Production Line Worker within its NorthRidge Stone Group. This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Production Supervisor.

We're looking for dependable, safety-conscious individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, construction, concrete production, or other industrial environments are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

As a Production Line Worker, you will:

  • Prepare and manually mix concrete materials and color additives according to production specifications.
  • Fill, level, and pour concrete into molds to produce manufactured stone products.
  • Demold finished products and clean, inspect, and prepare molds for future production.
  • Operate automated concrete manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform routine equipment adjustments, cleaning, preventative maintenance, and assist with minor repairs.
  • Assemble, dismantle, and maintain production equipment, molds, pallets, and related production materials.
  • Use hand and power tools to fabricate, assemble, and repair production components as required.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and perform minor repairs or touch-ups when necessary.
  • Package, palletize, and prepare finished products for storage and shipment.
  • Ensure production lines remain supplied with raw materials throughout the shift.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all company safety policies, quality standards, and production procedures.
  • Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, concrete production, or a similar industrial environment is considered an asset.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Valid forklift operator License is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work safely in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to producing quality work.
