The Member of Technical Staff will drive full-stack product development, transforming user needs and emerging AI capabilities into polished, production-ready experiences. This role requires strong ownership, technical judgment, and the ability to contribute across engineering, architecture, and product decisions.

• Own end-to-end development of key product initiatives, from initial concept and design through deployment and iteration.
• Build and improve user-facing features that enhance AI-powered workflows and overall product experience.
• Develop robust, scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Create AI and LLM-powered product integrations, focusing on practical user experiences rather than simple prompt-based solutions.
• Design and improve agent-facing experiences, including systems related to memory, collaboration between agents, and reliable AI behavior.
• Contribute to architectural decisions that influence product scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Identify opportunities to optimize existing systems, improve workflows, and enhance user outcomes.
• Establish high standards for the user experience of AI-driven products.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teammates to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
• Deliver high-quality code contributions quickly while maintaining strong engineering practices.

The ideal candidate is a product-minded full-stack engineer with strong technical breadth, experience building AI-enabled applications, and a passion for solving complex problems in fast-moving environments. They should be comfortable owning initiatives independently while collaborating effectively with a highly skilled team.

• Strong full-stack engineering experience with a frontend focus, including advanced TypeScript and React skills combined with backend API development experience.
• Proven experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production applications, including agent-focused features, evaluation systems, or quality feedback loops.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture, performance optimization, and client-server interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous ideas from concept to completed product solutions.
• Experience making thoughtful technical decisions with a focus on user impact and business outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate across disciplines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
• Humble, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership and contribute wherever needed.
• Experience with coding agents, multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, open-source contributions, developer tools, or high-growth startups is a plus.

• Competitive base salary range of $220,000–$300,000 USD.
