- Manage and support payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
- Review payroll data, identify discrepancies, and perform detailed analysis to resolve issues and improve payroll accuracy.
- Maintain payroll records, validate employee information, and ensure data integrity across payroll systems.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and other internal teams to address payroll inquiries and support effective resolution of employee-related matters.
- Analyze payroll reports, identify trends, and provide insights to support operational improvements and decision-making.
- Assist with payroll audits, compliance reviews, and documentation requirements to ensure accurate reporting.
- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle confidential employee and payroll information with professionalism and discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in payroll, finance, accounting, human resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in payroll operations, payroll analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, data validation, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with payroll systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
