You will be responsible for supporting, building, and maintaining cloud-based solutions across development, testing, and production environments.

The Infrastructure Engineer (Cloud & DevOps) will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and supporting cloud infrastructure while ensuring operational excellence across applications, platforms, and environments. The role requires hands-on experience with automation, troubleshooting, security practices, and enterprise infrastructure management.
- Provide technical support for cloud-based solutions across applications, DevOps, middleware, security, and infrastructure components.
- Build, configure, and maintain cloud environments, development tools, networking components, and infrastructure solutions.
- Develop and manage infrastructure-as-code solutions using tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
- Support Dev, Test, and Production environments hosted on Windows, Linux, and Unix servers.
- Configure and manage cloud infrastructure components, including load balancing, application gateways, and CDN solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain database technologies such as MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and related platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues involving APIs, application services, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, microservices, containers, Kubernetes environments, middleware, networking, and security.
- Implement and maintain centralized logging solutions using technologies such as Logstash, Elasticsearch, and Kibana.
- Ensure infrastructure security by applying updates, identifying vulnerabilities, and supporting cybersecurity best practices.
- Manage application identities and support cloud scalability through automated resource provisioning and auto-scaling capabilities.
- Maintain disaster recovery strategies, redundancy mechanisms, and failover capabilities.
- Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and escalation when required.
- Provide regular service management reports and support ITIL-based operational processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery.
The ideal candidate is a technically skilled infrastructure professional with strong experience in cloud environments, DevOps practices, automation, and enterprise systems administration. You should be comfortable managing complex environments, troubleshooting production issues, and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong experience supporting cloud-based infrastructure and enterprise technology environments.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience administering Windows, Linux, and Unix server environments.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, application services, and infrastructure management practices.
- Experience with networking concepts, load balancing, CDN technologies, and cloud connectivity solutions.
- Familiarity with Azure services such as Load Balancer and Application Gateway, or equivalent cloud provider technologies.
- Experience managing databases including MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of container technologies, Kubernetes environments, and microservices architectures.
- Experience implementing and supporting monitoring and logging solutions, including Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana.
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices, vulnerability management, and secure infrastructure operations.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service-level management practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate professionally with diverse teams.

- Contract duration of approximately 10 months.
