Description:

Join a Mission That Makes a Difference

As a family-owned, multi-generational, faith-based organization, we are committed to enriching the lives of those we serve, meeting individual needs, nurturing well-being, and inspiring purposeful living. While our Accounts Payable Manager may work behind the scenes, the impact of this role is felt throughout the long-term care communities managed across multiple states. By ensuring the timely and accurate management of financial operations, you help provide the resources our caregivers need to deliver exceptional care to residents every day.

If you are a resilient financial professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and values integrity, service, and excellence, we invite you to become part of our team.

Position Summary

The Accounts Payable Manager oversees the full-cycle accounts payable function for our management company, supporting 19 long-term care communities across multiple entities. This leader ensures accurate and timely processing of a substantial volume of invoices while maintaining strong internal controls, cultivating positive vendor relationships, and continuously improving departmental processes.

Success in this role requires exceptional organization, adaptability, and the resilience to manage competing priorities while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day Accounts Payable operations for multiple long-term care entities.
  • Oversee the timely processing of a high volume of invoices with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ensure vendor payments are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Develop and improve Accounts Payable workflows to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
  • Collaborate with facility leadership, department managers, and vendors to resolve payment issues professionally.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop Accounts Payable team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, service, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Demonstrates resilience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Maintains exceptional accuracy while managing significant invoice volume.
  • Possesses strong integrity and accountability in every aspect of their work.
  • Seeks opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  • Builds positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Leads with humility, professionalism, and a servant's heart.
  • Believes that every role contributes to the quality of care and experience provided to our residents.

Why Join Our Team?

When you join our organization, you become part of a family that has served seniors for generations. We believe every employee contributes to our mission of enriching lives and creating communities where residents, families, and employees thrive.

Here, your expertise won't simply keep invoices moving—it will help sustain the operations that allow compassionate caregivers to focus on what matters most: providing exceptional care and inspiring purposeful living.

If you're ready to bring your financial leadership, resilience, and commitment to excellence to an organization driven by faith, service, and purpose, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today.
