This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Formatação de Franquias III (Truss) based in Brazil.

We are seeking an analytical and innovation-driven professional to support the structuring and continuous improvement of franchise operations.
This role combines process management, operational design, technology adoption, and data analysis to improve the franchise experience.
You will be responsible for mapping processes, managing operational documentation, and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and scalability.
The position requires a strong interest in digital transformation, including the practical use of artificial intelligence tools to optimize workflows.
You will work closely with business teams and franchise stakeholders to create clearer, more efficient, and replicable operating models.

Accountabilities:

As a Franchise Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for improving franchise processes, ensuring operational governance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the official communication platform used with the franchise network, ensuring information governance and continuous improvement of the franchisee experience.
  • Maintain and continuously update the franchise operations manual, ensuring processes, standards, and guidelines remain accurate, accessible, and aligned with current practices.
  • Map, analyze, redesign, and document operational and management processes, creating scalable and efficient workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization through automation, artificial intelligence tools, and innovative solutions.
  • Monitor governance and engagement indicators related to operational manuals, communication tools, and franchise adoption.
  • Analyze performance data to identify operational gaps and recommend improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and franchise stakeholders to implement process enhancements.
  • Support the development of more efficient, standardized, and technology-enabled franchise operations.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience with process management, and enthusiasm for applying technology to business improvements. Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience with operational process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical profile with the ability to identify opportunities and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Practical experience using artificial intelligence tools, including automation solutions, generative AI, and prompt engineering applied to process optimization.
  • Ability to structure, organize, and improve operational workflows.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with curiosity for innovation and new technologies.
  • Experience in retail and/or franchise environments is considered a plus.
