The Data Integrity Analyst plays a key role in maintaining high-quality data operations by identifying issues, improving processes, and supporting platform reliability. This role requires strong analytical thinking, technical curiosity, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure data accuracy and operational excellence.
- Perform routine maintenance, ad hoc investigations, and data quality improvement initiatives to support platform health.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client configuration issues and data integrity challenges.
- Analyze large datasets using tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and internal systems to uncover trends and inconsistencies.
- Act as a subject matter resource for configuration-related questions and provide support to internal stakeholders.
- Partner with engineering teams to communicate technical findings, provide detailed feedback, and assist with debugging efforts.
- Maintain and improve core product integrations, reports, and operational processes.
- Research technical issues through documentation, knowledge bases, internal resources, and historical records.
- Identify opportunities to improve products, workflows, and data delivery processes through proactive analysis.
- Develop a strong understanding of backend systems and expected product behaviors to ensure ongoing quality.
The ideal candidate is an analytical problem solver with experience working with data, technical systems, and cross-functional teams. They should be comfortable investigating complex issues, communicating clearly with technical stakeholders, and continuously learning new tools and processes.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience solving problems involving large datasets or complex operational processes.
- Experience working with data analysis, quality assurance, technical operations, or similar analytical functions.
- Familiarity with SQL, CSS, JavaScript, or other programming concepts is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and collaborate on issue resolution without requiring a software engineering background.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes, detect inconsistencies, and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and data quality.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data and learning complex technical systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience collaborating with software engineering or technical teams is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
- Competitive annual salary range of $65,000–$75,000.
