Dynamic EcoHome is looking for a Field Operations Manager to build Houston into a high-performing, scalable field operation.

This role is designed for an ambitious engineer who wants more than a traditional technical position. You will apply engineering judgment to real-world operations, lead field teams, redesign inefficient processes, solve complex installation challenges, and directly influence the growth of an entire market.

You will have the autonomy to challenge existing methods, introduce better systems, develop future leaders, and turn your ideas into measurable improvements. The pay range for this role is:75,000 - 90,000 USD per year(Houston - 8781)
