Soleply is looking for dependable, detail-oriented Sneaker Cleaners to join our team. Sneaker Cleaners play an essential role in preparing used and pre-owned sneakers for sale by ensuring each pair is clean, sanitized, and presentable for customers.

This role focuses strictly on cleaning, disinfecting, and prepping sneakers, not restoring or repainting them. You'll help make sure every pair meets Soleply’s cleanliness and quality standards before it is placed on the sales floor.

• Clean and sanitize used sneakers using approved Soleply cleaning products

• Remove dirt, debris, stains, and markings from outsoles, midsoles, and uppers

• Wipe down and disinfect interior areas including insoles

• Prepare sneakers for pricing, tagging, and display

• Identify pairs that are too worn or damaged and notify leadership

• Maintain a clean and organized cleaning station

• Follow Soleply’s cleanliness guidelines and daily cleaning expectations

• Assist with basic backroom organization when needed

• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Ability to work efficiently and meet daily cleaning expectations

• Comfortable working with cleaning tools and sanitation products

• Reliable and punctual with good communication

• Able to stand for extended periods

• No prior sneaker cleaning or restoration experience required — training provided
