Sr. Sales Development Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Sales Development Representative based in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to play a critical role in generating pipeline and accelerating business growth within a fast-paced, technology-forward environment. The role combines strategic outbound prospecting with innovative AI-powered tools, allowing you to maximize productivity while focusing on high-impact sales activities. You will work closely with senior sales leaders and account executives to engage prospective clients, create qualified opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue growth. Accountabilities
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified outbound opportunities through strategic prospecting and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Conduct high-volume, high-quality cold calling activities, dedicating significant daily time to engaging prospective customers and securing meetings.
  • Execute sophisticated multi-channel outreach campaigns utilizing phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital engagement channels.
  • Leverage and manage AI-powered sales tools and automation platforms to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and increase prospect engagement.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure messaging quality, brand consistency, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with New Business Directors and other sales stakeholders to support account strategies and drive successful handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records within CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and effective pipeline management.
  • Share insights, best practices, and process improvements to help enhance sales development strategies and team performance.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, sales development, business development, or a related revenue-generating role.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding prospecting, pipeline generation, or sales targets.
  • Ability and willingness to spend 3+ hours per day conducting outbound phone outreach and engaging prospective clients.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI-enabled sales methodologies and enthusiasm for leveraging emerging technologies to improve performance.
  • Experience working with AI-powered sales, prospecting, research, or automation platforms beyond basic generative AI tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work cross-functionally and contribute to team success.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot or similar sales management tools.
  • Interest in advancing into future roles within Sales, Customer Success, Strategic Accounts, or related commercial functions.

  • Base salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000 annually.
  • Uncapped commission structure with total expected on-target earnings between $85,000 and $110,000.
