Job Description
Work Setup: Must be willing to report onsite at least once-a-month at The Sanctum, SM North EDSA, Quezon City
Start Date: ASAP
Equipment Provision: Company Provided
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST | M-F
Job Summary: The role will primarily support the client by completing operational and administrative tasks that require human intervention, including contacting insurance companies, retrieving reports and documentation, and supporting AI-assisted workflows.
What does a day in the life as a Customer Service Representative look like?
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies to locate existing claims or open new claims
- Retrieve police reports, crash reports, and other claim-related documentation
- Perform document management and administrative support activities
- Review and perform quality checks on AI-assisted outputs and workflows.
- Follow documented processes, task instructions, and workflow queues to complete assigned work
- Conduct online research and information gathering related to claims and case activities
- Provide operational support across the company and, when needed, the company's other software platform
- Utilize client systems and tools, including Slack, Monday.com, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and internal case management systems
What are the required qualifications for a Customer Service Representative?
- 1+ years experience in a similar role (insurance claims support)
- Strong written and spoken English — you'll be drafting formal correspondence and speaking directly with U.S. insurance representatives
- Comfortable making outbound calls to businesses in the U.S. (insurance companies, police departments, government offices)
- High attention to detail — errors in claim submissions have real consequences
- Able to follow structured SOPs and document actions thoroughly
- Organized and self-managing — this role involves multiple open cases at any given time
- Comfortable working with web-based tools and admin systems
Preferred skills:
- 1-2 years experience in personal injury claims, insurance support, legal admin, medical billing, paralegal work or collections
- Familiarity with how U.S. bodily injury claims work (third-party claims, adjusters, claim numbers, coverage types)
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies
