This role sits at the intersection of data, communications, and global brand strategy, shaping how insights from media and social ecosystems inform high-impact marketing decisions.
You will be responsible for monitoring worldwide media narratives and decoding social conversations across diverse markets.
Your work will transform complex datasets into clear, actionable intelligence that guides executive and marketing strategy.
You will play a key role in defining KPIs and measuring the effectiveness of global campaigns and communications initiatives.

- Global Media & Social Monitoring: Oversee the tracking of global media coverage and social conversations, analyzing brand sentiment, share of voice, and emerging narrative trends across key markets.
- Insight Generation & Storytelling: Transform large-scale social listening and media intelligence data into clear, actionable insights for leadership, marketing, and communications teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, communications, and strategy teams to align intelligence outputs with broader business objectives and campaigns.
- Performance Measurement: Define and maintain KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of global PR, media, and social media initiatives, ensuring continuous optimization.
This role requires a strong blend of analytical expertise, communication skills, and global marketing awareness, with the ability to turn complex data into strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in media intelligence and social listening within international environments, along with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- 6–8 years of experience in media intelligence, social listening, corporate communications, marketing analytics, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related discipline (advanced degrees are a plus).
- Strong expertise with social listening and media intelligence platforms such as Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr, or equivalent tools.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret large, complex datasets and translate them into business-ready insights.
- Experience working across global markets with strong cultural awareness, particularly across India and North America.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present insights clearly and persuasively.
