Job Description

Roustabout - Must have oilfield experience

Essential Functions:
  • Safely work in a potentially hazardous environment
  • Secure equipment and safely transport according to company policy and DOT regulations
  • Install and make repairs to oil and produced water tanks, including confined space entry
  • Dig pits and lines
  • Install and make repairs to piping, valves, pumps, and motors
  • Install and repair pipelines
  • Perform access road upkeep and maintenance
  • Clean up oil spills and general clean up
  • Assist with the construction and maintenance of oil and gas drilling sites
  • Dig trenches and build foundations for equipment installation
  • Assist in the assembly and disassembly of drilling rigs
  • Perform general labor tasks as needed, including cleaning and organizing work areas
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including OSHA regulations

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
  • Two years of experience in the roustabout trade, Supervisory experience highly preferred but not required
  • Ability to think critically and strategically
  • High level of communication skills (Verbal, written, and electronic)
  • Ability to lift a min of 50 lbs.
  • Must be willing to work overtime, when needed
  • Ability to work effectively with others
  • Perform other duties as needed
  • Assist in Providing a safe and hazard-free work environment
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with operating forklifts is beneficial
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
