Job Description

Michael Dluzniewski - State Farm Agency, located in Lakeland, FL has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. 1. Must have an active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License.

2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Lakeland, FL. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification


What we provide:
  • Base Salary $30,000 - $40,000 depending on licensing and experience
  • Up to 8% commission on P&C and 15% on Life and Health
  • Monthly and yearly bonuses/vacations/promotions

Requirements:
  • Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (required)
  • Florida 2-15 and 2-20 licenses (must be able to obtain within first 6 months)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
  • Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
