Line Cook in Dallas, Texas at Major Food Group LLC

Major Food Group is looking for talented AM Line Cooks to join our culinary team at Sadelle's located in beautiful Highland Park Village!

• Oversee and maintain salad station line
• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

• 2 years of experience in high volume restaurants preferred but not required
• Experience working with seafood and cold prepared foods strongly preferred
• Morning and lunch shift availability
• Team-orientated and positive attitude
• Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Strong communication skills a must
