This is a high-impact strategic finance leadership role at the center of enterprise decision-making within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
You will own company-wide financial consolidation, long-range planning, and key elements of strategic M&A support, helping translate business strategy into measurable financial outcomes.
The role sits at the intersection of FP&A, accounting, and business intelligence, ensuring alignment across financial models, reporting integrity, and executive decision-making.
You will partner closely with senior leadership, including direct exposure to the VP of FP&A and other executive stakeholders.
This is a highly visible and influential position requiring strong financial rigor, modeling depth, and the ability to operate independently in complex environments.
The environment is collaborative, analytical, and execution-driven, with a strong emphasis on clarity, scalability, and strategic impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead enterprise-wide financial consolidation across budgets, forecasts, and actuals, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all business units.
  • Maintain and enhance the enterprise financial model, supporting consolidated reporting, capital planning, and executive decision-making.
  • Own the long-range planning (LRP) process, continuously refining multi-year financial models and strategic assumptions.
  • Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess growth strategies, margin expansion, capital allocation, and financial risk trade-offs.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into financial models, ensuring clear linkage between business priorities and financial outcomes.
  • Lead financial modeling and valuation work for M&A opportunities, including pro forma impact analysis and scenario planning.
  • Support due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions, ensuring seamless incorporation into enterprise forecasts and LRP.
  • Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, and BI teams to ensure alignment across revenue, expense, and cash flow assumptions.
  • Provide actionable insights to executive leadership through clear, structured financial analysis and storytelling.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking.
  • Strong expertise in advanced financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis, including M&A transactions.
  • Proven experience owning or significantly contributing to multi-year long-range planning and enterprise financial models.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology environments strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leaders and drive alignment on strategic financial decisions.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Experience leveraging modern productivity and AI tools to enhance financial analysis and decision-making is a plus.
  • Strong business judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $155,000 to $180,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Performance-based compensation structure aligned with role scope.
  • Unlimited paid time off for eligible employees.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Paid volunteer time off to support community engagement.
  • Life insurance and pet insurance coverage options.
  • Employee assistance programs and mental health support resources.
  • Professional development, coaching, and career growth opportunities.
  • Inclusive, flexible work environment focused on balance and long-term growth.
