In this role, you will shape and execute scalable sales enablement programs, lead innovation initiatives, and provide executive-level support to accelerate revenue growth. Working closely with senior sales leaders, marketing teams, business unit stakeholders, and cross-functional partners, you will transform market insights into actionable strategies that improve seller productivity, strengthen customer engagement, and increase win rates. - Lead strategic sales, marketing, and innovation initiatives designed to drive growth, improve market positioning, and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute scalable outreach programs that strengthen executive relationships, expand pipeline generation, and accelerate sales cycles.
- Partner with leadership teams to identify market opportunities through competitive intelligence, whitespace analysis, and customer insights.
- Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions that enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business leaders to activate campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and strategic growth programs.
- Provide direct support to executive sales leaders on pipeline strategy, account prioritization, pursuit planning, and deal progression.
- Conduct competitive analysis, win strategy development, relationship mapping, and opportunity assessments to improve conversion rates.
- Facilitate pipeline reviews, strategic planning sessions, and executive engagement activities while ensuring accountability and follow-through.
- Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that connect growth initiatives to measurable revenue outcomes.
- Lead competitive intelligence and win/loss programs to inform sales strategies, pricing approaches, and market positioning.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, research providers, and technology partners while driving adoption of tools and best practices.
- Mentor stakeholders and support organizational capability-building initiatives focused on sales excellence, innovation, and growth.
- 8–12+ years of experience in program management, sales enablement, strategic sales operations, consulting, go-to-market leadership, or related fields.
- Proven track record of improving sales productivity, pipeline performance, and revenue outcomes through strategic programs and insight-driven initiatives.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects from strategy development through execution and measurement.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, executive engagement, pipeline management, and growth strategy.
- Experience translating market intelligence, customer insights, and business objectives into scalable programs and actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales enablement tools, sales intelligence solutions, and modern AI technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Seismic, or comparable platforms.
- Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, and data-driven approaches to improve business performance and decision-making.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex information clearly to executive audiences.
- Strong project management, organizational, and governance capabilities.
- Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting frameworks tied to business growth objectives.
- Consulting experience and/or experience within education, research, professional services, or similar industries is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $165,000 to $230,000 annually.
- Total target compensation opportunity ranging from approximately $214,500 to $299,000, including incentive compensation.
