You will analyze how customers interact with a complex SaaS platform, identifying adoption patterns, friction points, and retention signals that directly influence product evolution.

You will play a key role in strengthening product intelligence capabilities across the organization, improving visibility into what drives user value.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining deep analytical work with direct impact on product direction and business outcomes.
It offers a highly collaborative setting where insights are expected to translate into real product improvements.

- Monitor feature performance, adoption rates, and experimentation results to identify what drives or limits product value.
- Conduct cohort, funnel, retention, and expansion analyses to uncover behavioral trends and predict customer lifecycle outcomes.
- Identify friction points, drop-offs, and underperforming areas, translating findings into structured, actionable recommendations.
- Define, track, and maintain core product KPIs, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reliability across reporting layers.
- Provide ongoing analytical input to Product leadership, supporting roadmap decisions and early detection of product health risks.
- 3–6+ years of experience in product analytics, SaaS analytics, or data-driven product environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and analytics tools, with hands-on experience working with large datasets.
- Solid experience in cohort analysis, funnel analysis, retention modeling, and behavioral data interpretation.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights that influence product decisions.
- Experience working closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
- Strong quantitative reasoning, structured thinking, and ability to operate with incomplete or evolving data.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, product-led organizations where insights directly shape execution.
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks
- Fully remote work environment with global collaboration opportunities
- Flexible working arrangements supporting work-life balance
- Opportunity to work closely with senior product leadership and influence roadmap decisions
- Exposure to large-scale SaaS product analytics and strategic decision-making
- Dynamic, fast-growing environment focused on data-driven innovation
