Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Reporting to: Manager of Supply Chain
Classification: Full Time - Hybrid
Status: Non - Exempt
Purpose
This position will report to the Manager of Supply Chain and will provide administrative support to the Supply Chain team.

Primary Responsibilities
- Cycle count administration & reporting
- Shipping service/cost review & reporting
- Margin review & reporting
- Maintain/update Purchase Guide content
- Maintain Supplier listing
- Maintain Supply chain eLibrary folders
- M3 maintenance including cost, sale price, and supplier updates
- Review & approve new item number requests
- Vendor portal user management
- Support PO review & approval process
- Support bi-annual sales inventory
- Other tasks as assigned
Experience
- In-depth experience with M3 programs
- Experience with ERP Systems & reporting
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi and Adobe pro a must
- Strong attention to detail
Environment
- This is a non-sensitive position. Employee will be in an office environment. Employee will bend, walk, stand and may sit for long periods of time.
