Fatfish is looking for a passionate Football Content Operations Manager to join our team in Brazil!

In this role, you won't just manage partnerships—you will be at the forefront of transforming traditional club media into interactive, vibrant fan communities.

About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recruiting football-related creators, including YouTubers, streamers, podcasters, and fan community leaders, to bring them into the Club App ecosystem.

• Creator Acquisition: Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality football creators while developing partnerships with creator agencies, MCNs, and sports media companies.
• Strategic Monitoring: Continuously track emerging creators and trends across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, X, Kwai, and Facebook.
• Content Strategy: Evaluate creators based on audience quality, engagement, and brand suitability. You will identify opportunities for live shows, matchday programs, and fan engagement activities.
• Ecosystem Growth: Design creator participation programs and facilitate collaborations between creators and partner clubs to launch creator-driven football communities.

• Experience: 3+ years in Content Operations, Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Sports/Football Media.
• Network & Knowledge: A strong existing network within Brazil's football media ecosystem is highly preferred. You must have a deep understanding of Brazilian football culture, fan behavior, and social media ecosystems.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities to evaluate creator performance.
• Languages: Fluent Portuguese is required. English proficiency is preferred, and Spanish is a plus
