Currently, Aurora seeks to hire a full-time Remote Sales Development Manager to drive growth of our industry-leading printable textiles product line throughout Eastern U.S.

Position Summary:
Aurora Specialty Textiles Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to drive growth of our industry-leading printable textiles product line throughout the Eastern United States and Canada. We are looking for a proven sales professional with a strong background in the wide-format digital printing, graphics, signage, display, or textile printing industries who understands the unique needs of print service providers, graphics producers, distributors, and equipment manufacturers.
This individual will be responsible for expanding market share through both new business development and growth of existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate brings an established network within the wide-format printing market, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for helping customers identify innovative printable textile solutions.
This position covers the eastern half of the United States (east of the Mississippi River) and Canada, and requires approximately 50% travel. You will join a collaborative sales team and an experienced management group committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and long-term customer partnerships.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell full line of Aurora printable textile products.
- Responsible for established sales territory which includes a leadership role in managing existing relationships with major customers and distributors.
- Establish strategic partnerships with direct customers, as well as with distributors, and equipment manufacturers in the printable textiles market segment.
- Utilize prospecting tools and consultative sales approach in identifying new prospective customers while strengthening and expanding sales revenue with existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance client relationships.
- Obtain and prepare 6-month forecast for customer accounts.
- Meet or exceed sales revenue and gross profit targets.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of opportunities.
- Generate new prospects and new customers and/or new business.
- Utilize trade shows, textile events, and related associations for networking and identifying new prospects.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 7 – 10 years successful sales experience preferably within wide format digital printing, graphics, signage, display, soft signage, textile printing, or related markets.
- Existing relationships with print service providers, graphics producers, sign companies, distributors, or OEM equipment manufacturers strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success developing new business and growing strategic accounts.
- Bachelor's degee or higher. Business preferred.
- ISO 9001/ISO 14001 knowledge helpful.
- CRM software (HubSpot) knowledge is helpful.
- Ability to travel 50% on average by car and plane.
- Location based in the Eastern USA

Aurora offers a host of benefits including competitive compensation consisting of base salary plus commission. Total expected compensation ranges from $120k - $160k, full medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending plan, and 401k plan.
