In this environment, precision, speed, and strong communication are essential, as you will balance multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, creative, and detail-driven setting where legal structure meets marketing innovation.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead negotiation processes with creators, agencies, vendors, and external partners to secure favorable terms, mitigate contractual risks, and maintain alignment with internal standards and business objectives.
  • Utilize Contract Lifecycle Management tools to streamline workflows, manage redlines and amendments, track contract status, and generate reporting insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a key advisor to internal stakeholders on business affairs topics including influencer programs, content rights, events, sweepstakes, giveaways, and union-related considerations.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams as well as external counsel to ensure seamless execution of agreements and alignment across all parties.
  • Develop and maintain playbooks, templates, and training materials to improve contract processes and enable scalable, consistent execution across teams.
  • Provide structured insights from negotiations and discovery to improve future contracting strategy and strengthen partnership outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in business affairs, contract management, legal operations, or related roles, ideally within advertising, entertainment, digital media, or influencer marketing environments.
  • Strong expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, and lifecycle management, with hands-on experience using CLM systems and tools such as Ironclad, DocuSign, or Salesforce.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising, social media ecosystems, influencer agreements, licensing structures, and creator-led campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex legal or contractual concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a high level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent agreements and priorities.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners, including legal counsel, agencies, and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize processes, improve turnaround times, and operate effectively in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $98,000 – $110,000 USD, based on experience and qualifications
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching
  • Remote-first work environment with flexible arrangements
  • Monthly work-from-home stipend and additional operational support
  • Generous PTO, sick days, birthday time off, and paid holidays
