Manage inventory levels for maintenance parts, materials, appliances, tools, equipment, and custodial supplies using established inventory guidelines and software.Create, review, and process purchase orders, vendor requests, and related documentation to support timely ordering, accurate coding, and budget tracking.Receive, stock, stage, and prepare materials, equipment, and outgoing shipments while maintaining accurate logs, forms, and inventory records.Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, discrepancy research, and reorder recommendations to help prevent stockouts, overstocking, and operational delays.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including Safety Data Sheets, equipment manuals, tool logs, safety checks, recycling, and proper disposal.Coordinate fleet vehicle records, preventive maintenance, and repair services to support safe and reliable operations.Support technicians, managers, and special projects by preparing job materials, assisting with procurement workflows, and completing additional operational tasks as assigned.Administer the Self-Help program when applicable, ensuring issued equipment is safe, functional, and handled professionally with residents.Follow all company policies, purchasing card procedures, OSHA, safety, environmental, and local, state, and federal requirements.Represent Mayroad professionally and interact with residents, associates, vendors, and team members in a courteous and respectful manner.
High school diploma or GED required (may be offset by relevant experience).1-3 years of experience in procurement, warehousing, receiving, inventory control or materials dispatch in a multi-family housing or hospitality environment.2+ years of front-facing customer service experience.Ability to pass a state and federal background check to obtain access to the Air Force installation.Ability to pass a 12-panel pre-employment drug test.Valid, unrestricted REAL-ID compliant driver’s license required to drive on the Air Force Installation.Ability to read, understand, interpret, and communicate work-related information and documentation in English, both verbally and in writing, as necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.Must have personal vehicle for on-the-job transportation.Must have personal smart phone for on-the-job communication.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Strong computer and mobile skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Yardi, translator apps, and computer-based training platforms.Comfortable using personal phone for job-related communication when required.Safety-minded with a basic understanding of OSHA and other safety regulations.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent teamwork focus.Basic financial skills to ensure proper accounting and documentation of residency management.Ability to analyze and perform self-audits to identify and fix discrepancies.Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact professionally with residents and associates.Reliable, dependable, and demonstrates a positive “can-do” attitude.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a combined office/warehouse setting and out in the local community. Job includes regular driving and mobility in the local residential community. While performing the duties of this position, employees may occasionally be exposed to environmental hazards, such as extremes in heat/cold, humidity, and moisture, as well as hazards associated with residential visits and inspection activities.Physical DemandsThe physical demands listed below represent those typically required to perform the essential functions of this role. It commonly involves prolonged periods of sitting and frequent hand and finger use for tasks such as typing and handling documents. Occasional exertion/lifting of up to 50 lbs. may occur as part of regular job duties.
