Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Recruiter based in the United States.
This is a high-impact recruiting role responsible for building the talent pipeline that will shape a growing go-to-market and sales organization.
You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across a broad range of GTM roles, from high-volume individual contributor hiring to targeted senior and leadership searches.
Working closely with GTM leaders, you’ll define hiring needs, calibrate talent expectations, and develop strategies that consistently deliver strong candidates.
You’ll proactively map the market, build relationships with high-quality talent, and develop diverse pipelines before hiring needs arise.
The role combines recruiting expertise with data, market insights, and strategic workforce thinking to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
You’ll also help evolve recruiting processes and candidate experiences as the organization scales, with meaningful ownership over how talent is attracted and evaluated.
This is an opportunity for an adaptable, high-agency recruiter to directly influence team quality, culture, and long-term growth in a mission-driven environment.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM and sales positions, managing searches from intake and sourcing through interviews, closing, and onboarding handoff across multiple levels of seniority.
- Partner closely with GTM and sales leaders to define roles, establish clear hiring profiles, calibrate expectations, and consistently deliver against hiring goals and organizational priorities.
- Develop tailored recruiting strategies for each search, balancing scalable, high-volume pipeline generation for individual contributor roles with highly targeted and relationship-driven approaches for senior and leadership searches.
- Build and maintain deep pipelines of GTM talent through proactive market mapping, sourcing, networking, and long-term relationship development with prospective candidates.
- Use recruiting metrics, pipeline data, and market intelligence to diagnose searches, identify bottlenecks, adjust strategy, and advise hiring managers on practical improvements.
- Deliver a polished, consistent, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, treating every interaction as an important representation of the organization and its values.
- Continuously improve recruiting practices, processes, and systems as the organization grows, helping establish a scalable hiring function that maintains high standards while adapting to changing business needs.
- Contribute to building diverse and inclusive talent pipelines and ensure recruiting strategies support a high-performing, mission-aligned GTM organization.
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including direct responsibility for recruiting sales and GTM talent across a range of seniority levels.
- Demonstrated ability to move effectively between high-volume entry-level or individual contributor hiring and targeted executive or leadership searches.
- Proven success identifying and hiring high-performing sales professionals and contributing to the development of strong GTM organizations.
- Experience recruiting in a high-growth environment where priorities, organizational structures, and hiring requirements can evolve quickly.
- Strong ability to use recruiting data and market insights to evaluate search performance, identify challenges, refine sourcing strategies, and provide informed guidance to hiring managers.
- Strong stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with sales and GTM leadership and influence hiring decisions through thoughtful talent-market perspectives.
- Highly adaptable, creative, resourceful, and comfortable learning new domains, tools, and approaches to improve recruiting outcomes.
- Demonstrated commitment to developing diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines and delivering an equitable candidate experience.
- Experience partnering with sales leadership on organizational design, headcount planning, or workforce strategies connected to revenue objectives is highly valued.
- Previous recruiting experience in healthcare, health technology, insurance, or another related domain is a strong plus, particularly where understanding specialized talent markets is important.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or comparable applicant tracking and recruiting systems is preferred.
- Opportunity to own GTM recruiting at a significant stage of organizational growth, with direct influence over the talent and capabilities of the sales organization.
- Broad recruiting scope spanning high-volume individual contributor hiring through senior and leadership-level searches, providing meaningful variety and ownership.
- Close partnership with GTM and sales leadership, with opportunities to influence hiring strategy, talent planning, and organizational growth.
- High-impact, high-autonomy environment where recruiting is viewed as a strategic function rather than simply a seat-filling activity.
- Opportunity to help build and continuously improve recruiting processes, systems, and candidate experiences as the organization scales.
- Mission-driven environment focused on meaningful work and building a diverse, high-performing team.
- Compensation and additional benefits are determined by the hiring company and will be discussed during the recruitment process.
