This role sits at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, technology, data, and operational excellence.
You will help optimize recruiting systems, workflows, and processes to create a seamless hiring experience at global scale.
Working closely with recruiters, coordinators, hiring stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors, you will solve operational challenges and improve how recruiting teams work.
You will contribute to system enhancements, process optimization, AI-enabled recruiting initiatives, testing, and scalable operational solutions.
Your analytical insights will help identify opportunities for greater efficiency, consistency, and quality across the recruiting ecosystem.
The role also offers the opportunity to strengthen documentation, enablement resources, and governance across Talent Acquisition operations.

- Support and optimize Talent Acquisition systems, workflows, processes, and operational tools used across global recruiting teams.
- Provide day-to-day support for TA technology, troubleshoot system and process issues, and identify effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Support Workday ATS workflows, configuration-related processes, troubleshooting, and ongoing system improvements.
- Partner with recruiters, recruiting coordinators, People Technology teams, hiring stakeholders, and external vendors to resolve operational and technical challenges.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition Operations projects focused on process improvement, workflow optimization, system implementations, and operational scalability.
- Support AI-enabled recruiting tools and workflows, helping evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency and the overall hiring experience.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, release activities, and related implementation processes.
- Develop and maintain clear process documentation, workflows, operating procedures, and enablement resources.
- Map existing and future-state processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization.
- Analyze recruiting operations data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for process and system improvements.
- Support initiatives that promote consistency, scalability, governance, and operational excellence across global Talent Acquisition.
- Help create a seamless experience for recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders through continuous operational improvement.
- 2+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or a closely related recruiting operations function.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to TA Operations projects, particularly process improvement, system implementation, workflow optimization, or related initiatives.
- Hands-on experience supporting Workday ATS, including workflows, troubleshooting, and system-related processes within a Talent Acquisition environment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot both technical and process-related issues effectively in a fast-paced organization.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, release coordination, or similar technology implementation activities.
- Strong documentation and process-mapping skills, with the ability to turn complex workflows into clear and usable resources.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and translate insights into practical recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple processes, systems, and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to build productive relationships with recruiters, coordinators, technology teams, and external partners.
- Comfortable working with evolving technologies and identifying opportunities to improve recruiting through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Ability to work hours aligned with North American time zones, including regular working-hour overlap with Eastern Time (ET).
- Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach with a strong interest in operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Fully remote position for candidates based in India.
