Our programs serve individuals at every age and developmental level, from the very young through our daycare programs to mature adults through our older adults centers. Our extensive array of community-based services are fully integrated, bilingual and culturally competent.



KEY ESSENTIALS FUNCTIONS

  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, including participation in:
    • Monthly departmental meetings
    • Scheduled supervision
  • Meet all training standards.
  • Use crisis prevention and intervention skills when needed.
  • Ensure 100% of clients have access to services (meals, laundry, toiletries, etc.).
  • Maintain inventory of departmental supplies and report maintenance needs.
  • Stay informed of and comply with:
    • Part 491/900 Regulations
    • The Callaghan Decree
    • All funding source requirements
  • Ensure adherence to the program schedule (e.g., bed signing, dorm inspections, linen exchange, medication monitoring, workshops).
  • Maintain working knowledge of all technological systems used by the program and affiliates.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with all ANH-affiliated providers.
  • Knowledge of internet and email services

REQUIREMENTS

  • HS Diploma/Equivalent
  • F-02 Certificate
  • Food Handler’s Certificate
  • CPR & First Aid
  • Overdose Prevention Rescue Training
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
  • Knowledge of internet and email services
