Twenty qualified consultations attending each week once fully ramped.

You’ll respond to inquiries, reconnect with interested prospects, discuss goals, budget, and timing, earn the appointment, and follow through.

The standards:

• 240+ daily dials, supported by a power dialer.
• 90% of new inquiries called within five minutes during your working hours.
• A current pipeline, confirmed bookings, and disciplined follow-up.

Qualified means a first consultation with someone who wants a procedure we offer, can attend in San Francisco, and has a confirmed budget and timeline.

Patient trust matters alongside performance. Every conversation represents Dr. Fan’s name. The clinical team handles medical recommendations.

$60,000 annual base equivalent + $50 for every qualified consultation that attends, starting with your first.

Bonuses continue at the same rate beyond these examples. Figures assume consistent weekly results over 52 weeks and are not guaranteed.

W-2 hourly employment, paid twice monthly. Paid time off, holidays, and a 401(k).

These hours help you connect with prospective patients outside their workday and turn more inquiries into consultations. Forty working hours per week, with a one-hour meal break daily. Sunday and Monday off.
