  • Support subcontractor management, including prequal compliance, audits and process improvements
  • Drive continual improvement, reviewing processes, proposing new KPIs and ensuring bestpractice HSEQ performance
  • Promote a strong customerfocused safety culture, ensuring service delivery meets contractual and quality expectations
  • Undertake regular travel between sites within the South Island as required

About you:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence, coach and support leaders and teams
  • Confidence conducting investigations, analysing trends and advising on corrective actions
  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage competing demands in a dynamic operational environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality, with strong reporting and documentation skills
  • Strong customer service focus, building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Motivation, initiative and a high level of personal responsibility, aligned with SWITCH values
  • Collaborative teamwork approach, contributing positively to culture and supporting colleagues
