Job Title: Golf Course Grounds Laborer (Full-Time, Year-Round)

Location: Sunset Hills Country Club, Edwardsville, IL

Department: Grounds Maintenance

Reports To: Golf Course Superintendent

Golf Course Maintenance Staff (Full-Time, Year-Round)

We are seeking dependable, team-oriented individuals with a passion for golf and outdoor work to join our golf course maintenance team. This is a full-time, year-round position working outdoors in all weather conditions.

What You’ll Do:

· Maintain golf course grounds, including mowing, trimming, edging, and bunker care

· Hand watering greens

· Operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles

· Perform course upkeep including divot repair, debris removal, and washout repairs

· Follow safety procedures and report any maintenance concerns

· Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily assignments

Qualifications:

· Strong attention to detail and work ethic.

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.

Schedule:

· Full-Time, Year-Around, Every other weekend required

Wage:

· $16 - $22 per hour, depending on experience.
