Director of Rehab Services

Employee will be responsible for assisting resident Occupational Therapists. Primary duties include completing occupational therapy treatments, patient/family education, clerical work, and supervisory work. Employee normally performs the duty assignments after receiving general instructions as to methods, procedures, and desired end results. The assignment is reviewed upon completion.

May work 8 to 10-hour days between the hours of 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. On-call and Holiday coverage on a PRN basis. Must be able to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends.

Associates degree (two-year college or technical school)

Six months to one year related experience

Must possess a valid Indiana driver's license and have a good driving record. Current State of Indiana COTA license required. BLS certification is also required.

Eighteen (18) hours of continuing competency are required for each license renewal period. This position requires frequent standing, walking, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending, use of hands and fingers, lifting and carrying 0–50 lbs and pushing or pulling 0–25 lbs.
