The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for growing and retaining existing enterprise accounts by driving product adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and building trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders. The role requires ownership of account strategies, renewal execution, revenue forecasting, and collaboration across multiple teams to achieve business objectives.
- Own the growth and retention strategy for assigned enterprise accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and identification of new use cases and opportunities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans by understanding customer priorities, business challenges, and strategic objectives.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including executive-level stakeholders, to influence adoption and expansion initiatives.
- Manage renewal forecasting, negotiations, and successful account renewals by identifying risks and coordinating resolution strategies.
- Drive customer adoption of solutions, flexible purchasing models, and additional capabilities to maximize long-term value.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, engineering, professional services, marketing, finance, support teams, and external partners.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer activity, opportunities, sales stages, forecasts, and business insights.
- Identify opportunities across different customer business units and buying centers to increase revenue potential.
- Promote solution awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and highlight success stories.
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams to support improvements in products, processes, and customer experience.
- Manage complex enterprise accounts with significant revenue responsibility and strategic importance.
The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise sales professional with strong account management, technology sales, and consultative selling capabilities. This role requires the ability to manage complex customer relationships, understand business challenges, and communicate the value of security solutions to senior stakeholders.
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or technology-related sales roles.
- Expert-level experience selling software solutions and managing complex enterprise customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of customer decision-making processes, business strategies, and operational objectives.
- Proven ability to develop trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, customer engagement, and business acumen skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, sales cycles, and software value propositions.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business outcomes and measurable customer value.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and leadership skills.
- Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, optimize workflows, increase efficiency, and drive business results.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background preferred.
- Experience with cybersecurity, enterprise software, or complex technology solutions is highly desirable.
