  • Experience working with subscription-based products, SaaS platforms, AI-powered solutions, mobile applications, or consumer-focused digital businesses.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL.
  • Experience managing campaigns focused on recurring revenue models and customer lifetime value optimization.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on execution, experimentation, and measurable results.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Experience with Bing Ads, performance marketing organizations, mobile app growth, or analytics and attribution projects is considered an advantage.
Benefits
  • Fully remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Europe.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of high-impact paid acquisition strategies.
  • Work with profitable digital products across SaaS, AI-powered solutions, and consumer applications.
  • High level of autonomy and direct influence on business growth.
