Job Description
As the Director of Marketing, you'll lead KLAS’s marketing strategy to strengthen our brand and support business growth.
You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, ensuring projects are executed with excellence, priorities stay aligned, and every initiative reflects the KLAS brand. From digital campaigns and events to sales enablement, partnerships, and communications, you'll help ensure marketing delivers measurable value across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the daily operations of the marketing team, providing coaching, prioritization, and accountability across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Engagement, Insights, Events, and executive leadership to deliver marketing programs that support customer acquisition, retention, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive execution across digital marketing, website content, SEO, email marketing, social media, thought leadership, events, newsletters, and sales enablement.
- Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate demand, and support company priorities.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and communication standards across all external and internal channels.
- Manage marketing calendars, workflows, budgets, and campaign performance, using data and analytics to continuously improve results.
- Oversee event marketing strategy and execution for KLAS-hosted and industry events, ensuring strong attendee engagement before, during, and after each event.
- Support award programs, strategic partnerships, executive communications, and content initiatives that strengthen KLAS's reputation as a trusted healthcare industry leader.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve collaboration, and increase marketing effectiveness.
What You Bring
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, events, and communications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- A collaborative leadership style and the ability to influence across departments.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to measuring marketing effectiveness.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience & Education
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or healthcare technology.
- 3+ years leading marketing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience in demand generation, digital marketing, brand management, communications, or integrated marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
The salary range for this role starts at $150,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
