Mike Calver Toyota is looking to expand our Service Department Team. We are looking for a customer-centric candidate with great phone skills that can act as a liaison between the Service Writers and our Service Coordinators. Duties include setting service appointments, answering phone calls, updating customers with status reports and assisting service customers.
We pay $17.00 an hour with with ability to earn up to a $500.00 production bonus every month!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous service appointment experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior BDC experience/appointment setting
- Ability to learn all operating service computer systems
- Proficient in Microsoft, Excel spreadsheet
- Ability to multitask
- Must be a team player that can work between service writers and service coordinators.
- Ability to work shifts ranging from 8:00 am- 7:00 pm, with alternating Saturdays
