SUP Noodle Bar in Buena Park is looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking FOH General Staff to join our team. This role is great for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, providing great guest service, and supporting the team during daily operations.
FOH General Staff may assist with guest service, cashiering, hosting, running food, bussing tables, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting overall front-of-house operations.
Responsibilities- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Provide excellent customer service during dine-in and takeout service
- Take orders accurately and assist guests with menu questions
- Run food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Bus tables and maintain a clean dining area
- Assist with packing takeout orders when needed
- Keep the front-of-house area clean, stocked, and organized
- Communicate with team members and management during service
- Follow company policies, food safety guidelines, and sanitation standards
- Support teammates as needed during busy shifts
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must have weekend availability
- Evening and PM shift availability preferred
$17/hour - $20/hour + tips
Schedule- Part-time and full-time availability may be considered
- Evening and PM shifts available
- Weekend and Holiday availability required
