- Manage a diverse portfolio of advertising clients independently, acting as the primary point of contact and owning the overall customer experience.
- Build trusted relationships with advertisers by providing strategic guidance, proactive recommendations, and solutions that help maximize campaign performance and revenue growth.
- Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations around optimization, creative performance, and business opportunities.
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, account challenges, and product-related questions while ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Lead regular client meetings, including business reviews, campaign performance presentations, and strategic check-ins.
- Develop and share best practices, insights, and learnings with both clients and internal teams to improve overall performance.
- Forecast and monitor key account metrics to support business planning and revenue projections.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams to improve customer outcomes and address complex challenges.
- 5+ years of experience managing advertising campaigns from the client, agency, or publisher side, with strong knowledge of digital advertising and performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level clients, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and operating effectively within the North American market.
- Hands-on experience planning, optimizing, and analyzing paid advertising campaigns, including search, social, or direct response marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform campaign data into clear insights, recommendations, and strategic actions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to stakeholders at all levels, including executive audiences.
- Ability to challenge client strategies constructively while maintaining strong relationships and delivering value-driven guidance.
- Comfortable working with evolving products, beta features, and technical troubleshooting processes.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Experience using sales and customer management tools such as Salesforce or Apollo.io is a plus.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Google, or Pinterest is preferred.
- Availability to collaborate during core coordination hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time.
- Competitive base salary range of $74,161 - $143,260 USD, plus equity and benefits.
- On-target earnings (OTE) range of $105,945 - $204,657 USD, plus equity and benefits.
