- Collaborate with category management, sourcing, and procurement teams to execute procurement plans while balancing regional priorities and global objectives.
- Drive procurement transformation by promoting digital solutions, supporting process modernization, and encouraging adoption of innovative procurement practices.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management while resolving complex business challenges.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing procurement culture by sharing knowledge, supporting capability development, and promoting continuous learning across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Postgraduate qualifications are considered an advantage.
- Solid experience in procurement, sourcing, category management, or supply chain, with exposure to managing indirect procurement categories.
- Strong understanding of procurement strategy, supplier relationship management, demand planning, commercial negotiations, and category management principles.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, influence senior decision-makers, and build trusted business partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience identifying cost optimization opportunities while balancing risk, quality, and business objectives.
- Experience working in complex multinational organizations with the ability to navigate diverse business environments and manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated success leading change initiatives, driving procurement transformation, and improving operational processes through innovation and digital solutions.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and sound judgment when evaluating commercial opportunities and procurement risks.
