This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Marketing Analytics Sênior based in Brazil.
This role sits within a multidisciplinary Data and CRO team, connecting Marketing, Product, Technology, CRM, and business stakeholders. You will transform complex data from multiple digital and commercial sources into actionable insights that improve acquisition and conversion. The position combines analytics, performance measurement, data quality, and digital tracking. You will build dashboards, investigate trends, and identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and customer journeys. Your work will directly support strategic decisions and the performance of key acquisition channels. The role offers a dynamic environment where data, technology, and business strategy come together.
- Collect, consolidate, transform, and analyze data from media platforms, Web Analytics, CRM systems, and internal databases.
- Develop and maintain management dashboards and reports using Power BI and Looker Studio, ensuring visibility into key KPIs, targets, and performance indicators.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights for decision-making.
- Implement, monitor, and validate tags, pixels, events, and measurement frameworks across websites, landing pages, and forms, ensuring reliable data collection.
- Integrate information from media, CRM, Analytics, and internal sources to create a unified view of digital performance and the customer journey.
- Monitor data quality, consistency, and reliability, investigating discrepancies and coordinating corrective actions when required.
- Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns, channels, conversion processes, and marketing initiatives through data-driven analysis.
- Partner with Marketing, Media, CRM, and business teams to deliver strategic analyses, recurring performance reports, and ad hoc studies.
- Monitor acquisition indicators for undergraduate programs and provide insights into trends, performance, and opportunities.
- Contribute to the evolution of marketing data structures, automations, integrations, and measurement processes.
- Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and extraction.
- Experience with Web Analytics, particularly GA4, Google Tag Manager, and digital measurement practices.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, HubSpot, and/or Insider.
- Knowledge of implementing and validating tags, pixels, tracking events, and conversion measurements.
- Experience integrating and consolidating data from multiple sources, including media platforms, CRM, Analytics, and internal databases.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, conversion funnels, attribution, and campaign performance.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio.
- Experience handling large volumes of data while maintaining information quality and consistency.
- Experience in Marketing Analytics, Martech, Growth, digital businesses, e-commerce, or education is valuable.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other media platforms.
- Knowledge of BigQuery and/or cloud databases.
- Experience with ETL processes, data automation, and integrations.
- Python skills for data analysis and transformation.
