- Collaborate with product owners, product managers, and development teams in agile environments to design solutions that address real user needs.
- Create end-to-end design deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, mockups, and low- to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of Design Systems to ensure consistency across digital platforms.
- Support UX research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, effective, and accessible user interfaces.
- Work closely with engineering teams during implementation to ensure design quality and alignment with the final product.
- Participate in discussions, reviews, and collaborative sessions to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
The ideal candidate has solid experience in UX/UI design, strong visual skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. This professional should combine creativity, analytical thinking, and user-centered methodologies to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design processes, problem-solving approach, and interface design capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Strong knowledge of User-Centered Design (UCD), usability principles, and accessibility guidelines.
- Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Degree completed or in progress in Design, Graphic Design, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly, present design decisions, and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a strong interest in learning and keeping up with UX/UI trends.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience collaborating closely with front-end development teams.
- Experience with Design Ops and scalable design processes.
- Previous experience designing e-commerce platforms or mobile applications.
- UX Research certifications or specialized courses.
