Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (Start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM)
Reports To: Receiving Supervisor
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our materials team. In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and distributing inventory while ensuring accuracy and maintaining quality standards. What You'll Do- Receive incoming shipments by unpacking, inspecting, and verifying part numbers, quantities, and condition.
- Record received inventory accurately in the inventory system.
- Label and store materials using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices.
- Communicate discrepancies, damaged shipments, and shortages with purchasing personnel.
- Pull, count, label, and issue materials for production work orders.
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through physical counts and system transactions.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely transport materials.
- Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety procedures.
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with shipping and receiving procedures.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift, manual pallet jack, and basic office equipment.
- Experience using inventory management or ERP software.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.
